Why are some people born without empathy or is it taught out of them?

Have they seen so much suffering and evil that they can no longer comprehend the feelings and pains of others?

I promise to do all I can to have empathy for the situation of others. It might seem slight to us compared to the world’s problems. But to that person it is a major concern and if you have empathy then you can feel for them.

Empathy is Love and Compassion.
